1. Your list of all outstanding (including stale) vendor checks older than 90 days.
2. Your list of all outstanding (including stale) property tax refund checks older than 90 days.
3. Your list of property tax overpayments or unclaimed refunds where a refund was never mailed out to the property taxpayer and no claim by a commercial property owner for the release of those funds is currently pending.
4. Any forms a commercial property owner must complete to obtain a replacement check or a release of the refund.
