Orange County is located in the U.S. state of Indiana. The county was formed in 1816 and named after Orange County, North Carolina. The county seat is Paoli. Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court Information

The Clerk is an elected official who serves as an officer of the court, the manager of court information, and the chief financial officer for all revenues collected on behalf of the court. The main responsibilities of the Clerk are administering the official court records of all court cases, preparing the Court’s permanent historical records, processing marriage applications and issuing marriage licenses, record certified breathalyzer operators, judgments including State income and unemployment tax warrants, and other miscellaneous records.
