The Clerk of Court allows searching of official records and court records, both hosted on different websites linked in the Clerk of Courts website. Official records include court judgments, deeds, liens, marriage licenses, mortgages, plats and tax deeds. They can be ordered online. Court records include documents, information and exhibits that the court maintains in connection with a case. They can be searched through an online database available. Four access options, the Public one allowing anonymous searching, while the other three requiring a username and password. Public records can be searched in their website, where you can put in several search parameters, like name and date range, and records from different courts can be searched.
