The County Clerk serves as the administrative and financial officer of the Superior Court. Part of his/her duties include collecting statutory fees, fines, restitution, and trust fund; maintaining a trust account for the monies collected; disbursing monies as directed by the court; serving as a quasi-judicial officer; and receives, processes, and maintains all documents presented in a Superior Court.
