Kewaunee County, Wisconsin Overview

Kewaunee County is located in the Northeast Wisconsin. Its county seat is also called Kewaunee. The county was formed in 1852 and named after the chief river in the area, the Kewaunee River. The county’s total area is 1,084 square miles with a population of 20,574 (2010). The county is bordered in the north by Door County, in the northeast by Benzie County (MI), in the southeast by Manistee County (MI), in the south by Manitowoc County, and in the west by Brown County. Kewaunee County Officials Information
