He/she also issues marriage licenses and ensures that all recorded documents are made available to the public with the exception of certain documents such as military discharge papers. Court records in Snohomish County can be accessed electronically through two portals. Those who are not planning on frequently searching for court records can access the Washington State Digital Archives. Those who will be frequently conducting searches on court records can register an account through the Clerk’s Electronic Court Records Management System (Odyssey Portal). Copies can be requested through the Digital Archives and will include the Clerk’s regular copy fees plus a $1 Digital Archives service charge and a $5 Clerk mailing charge for every 50 pages.
