The Williamson County District Clerk has been processing E-Filing since May 12, 2014. The mandatory deadline for eFiling for all Civil and Family cases is July 1, 2014. In late 2012, the Texas Supreme Court mandated electronic filing in civil and family cases in district courts, statutory county courts, constitutional county courts and statutory probate courts on a graduated schedule from January 2014 through July 2016.
