Parmer County Clerk Information

The County Clerk maintains official records of both the County Court and the Commissioners’ Court. He/she also serves as custodian of other important public records such as deeds, liens, judgments, powers-of-attorney, birth certificates, and death certificates. District Clerk

The district clerk is charged with keeping the records of the district court safe and properly arranged.
