An applicant that is requesting to apply for a certified copy of either a birth or death records can be either the registrant, his or her parents, guardian, or the children, spouses, siblings, or grandparents of the registrant. The notarized proof of identity form is also needed to be filled up. Marks and brands are good for 10 years and everyone has to renew their brands at the same time. Renewals must be filed during the period of August 31, 2011 to February 29, 2012. If we receive a brand registration through the mail prior to August 31, 2011, we will be required to return it to you; we cannot hold any registration prior to that date.
