You have the ability to search records and electronically submit documents to be recorded. You can gain access by either logging in if you have an account or using guest access. In there, you can do four search types: name search, document number, volume/book/page, and legal description. You can search through all land document types available. You can save the document as an image and print them, but they will be put a watermark. You will need to go to the Clerk’s Office to get a certified copy.
