Cumberland County Clerk of Courts Office Information

The Clerk of Court is elected to a 4-year term. The Clerk of Court is the official record keeper for all matters pertaining to the Criminal Division of the Court of Common Pleas. All documents pertinent to a criminal court case must be filed with the Clerk of Court. All records are open to the general public for inspection with the exception of records involving juveniles.
