Lincoln Court Records Information

Court records such as divorce records, dissolutions of marriage, annulments, separations, adoptions, and restraining orders can all be obtained from the Lincoln County Circuit Court. Only court records that have not been sealed or labeled confidential are accessible to the public. Individuals can view documents in newer court cases using the kiosk computer located in room 202 at the Lincoln County Circuit Court. To view older case records, individuals must submit a request form (downloadable from the court’s website) to the court and allow the court 3 business days to digitize the file. Court staff will notify the individual once the document is available for viewing. To obtain a copy of a court record, individuals must pay a fee of $0.25 per page. Some public interest cases may have files available for viewing online.

Audio copies of court proceedings may also be requested by calling the court or submitting the form found on the court website. A $9.00 fee will be charged and must be paid before the copy will be made.
