Allen County, Ohio

Located near the northern and western corner of Ohio, Allen County is approximately 407 square miles, 402 of which are comprised of land. The county is named for a Colonel from the War of 1812 and was originally part of land given to the Native Americans during the Treaty of Greenville in 1795. It is surrounded to the north by Putnam County, the northeast by Hancock County, the east by Hardin County, the south by Auglaize County and the west by Van Wert County. This county had approximately 106,331 people as of the 2010 census and includes 18 zip codes, the most populous of which are 45817, 45833, 45850, 45801, 45804, 45805, 45806 and 45807.

They are responsible for public records as well, though these records are only occasionally available online.
