Butler County, Ohio

Located on the western border of Ohio, Butler County had approximately 368,130 people as of the 2010 census and is named for General Richard Butler who was killed during St. Clair’s Defeat. It consists of 470 square miles, 467 of which are land and is surrounded by Preble County to the north, Montgomery County to the northeast, Warren County to the east, Hamilton County to the south, Dearborn County, Indiana to the southwest, Franklin County, Indiana to the west and Union County, Indiana to the northwest. There are 17 zip codes in the county, the most populous of which are 45014, 45011, 45013, 45044 and 45069, with 72% of the population.
