Cass Court Records Information
The Clerk of the District Court is the official recordkeeper of all documents, books, and files of criminal and civil cases heard in the District Court. While the Clerk’s office does not conduct record searches, the records inside the office are available to the public. Copies and certified copies may be obtained through this office. On-site files will cost $0.25 per page for photocopies while color and/or over-sized copies cost $0.50 per page. The cost for certification is $1 per seal. The office can also fax records. The cost of an outgoing fax is $1.50 for the first page and cover sheet and $0.50 for each additional page.
