The Clerk and Recorder is an elected position and is responsible for maintaining the records of Phillips County. Birth and death records, military discharges, deeds, mortgages, satisfactions, certificates of surveys, subdivisions, liens, leases, powers of attorneys, accounting, budgets, inventory, payroll and claims processing are handed in this office.
