The St. Louis County Circuit Court is comprised of twenty-one (21) Circuit Judges, fourteen (14) Associate Circuit Judges and eight (8) Commissioners. The Circuit Court Office primary responsibility is to serve the citizens of St. Louis County by providing access to a fair, impartial, prompt and cost-effective system of justice.
