Christian County is located in the U.S. state of Missouri. The county was formed in 1859 and named after William Christian, a Kentucky soldier of the American Revolutionary War. Christian County Circuit Clerk’s Office Information
The Circuit Court Clerk’s Office is responsible for maintaining records of the court, collections, accounting for, and disbursing all monies paid into the court; and performing other duties, as necessary to assist in the court in performing its duties. The Circuit Court Clerk receives, processes, and maintains the judgments’, rules orders, and all other proceedings of the court, issues and processes summons, subpoenas, executions, garnishments, sequestrations, judgments, orders, and commitments.
