The Circuit Court Clerk’s Office is mainly responsible for maintaining records of the court, collections, accounting for, and disbursing all monies paid into the court; and performing other duties, as necessary to assist in the court in performing its duties. The Circuit Court Clerk receives, processes, and maintains the judgments’, rules orders, and all other proceedings of the court, issues and processes summons, subpoenas, executions, garnishments, sequestrations, judgments, orders, and commitments.
