Norman County Assessor’s Office Information

The Assessor’s Office is responsible for the assessment of 8,500 parcels or real, personal, and exempt property in Norman County. The market value is supposed to be what the property would sell for if placed on the open market. Values are established as of January 2 of each year. The Assessor mails notices to the property owners advising the owner of the property value, classification, and also the appeal process.
