Faribault County Assessor’s Office Information

The Assessor’s Office main responsibility is to provide an equitable assessment of real and personal property in Faribault County as provided by state laws and regulations. The assessor estimates the value and determines the classification of all county property based on the appraisals and reviews done by the appraisal staff.
