The County Clerk for Wexford County is responsible for vital records including birth, death and marriage licenses as well as military discharges, concealed weapons licenses, genealogy, DBA’s, notary public documents, adoptions, emancipation, legal name changes and name searches. Many of these records are available for viewing and purchase by request, in person, during normal business hours. Records are not available online.
The Register of Deeds is responsible for documents pertaining to real and personal property within the county.
