The County Clerk of Roscommon County is responsible for marriage licenses, birth and death records, assumed name certificates, co-partnerships, personal protection orders, concealed weapons permits, circuit court filings and notary public documents. Forms to request a certified business registration are available online, as are CPL applications, however document searches cannot be done online as these documents are not available in this form.
