Located off the coast of mainland Massachusetts, Nantucket consists of only 105.3 square miles, with 57.5 square miles of that being water. These documents are generally considered public record and can be viewed and purchased by anyone, at any time. These documents are available via the online portal or they can be requested at any time, during normal business hours, directly through the court system itself.
