The Parish Clerk is responsible for vital records, including birth, death and marriage records, personal protection orders and concealed weapons permits. This office also handles voter registration, election results, military discharges, circuit court filings and fees and assumed names. These documents are only available to those that they are actually about and cannot be requested by anyone else. There are fees incurred with the request for these documents as well.
