Pendleton County is located in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The county was formed in 1798 and named after Edmund Pendleton, a member of the Continental Congress. The county seat is Falmouth. Pendleton County Clerk’s Office Information
Pendleton County Clerk’s Office is responsible for motor vehicle licensing, vehicle titling and transfers, recording land and legal documents, issuing marriage licenses, notary bonds, fishing and hunting licenses, and collecting delinquent taxes. The Pendleton County Clerk is also responsible for voter registration and conducting all kinds of elections in the county including primary, general and special elections. Land records include deeds, condominiums, corporate records, fixture and other UCC filings, land records fees, land use restrictions, liens, mortgages, plats, releases, and wills. All the recorded documents at the Clerk’s Office are public and can be accessed online or by visiting the County Clerk’s office in person during office hours.
