Nelson County Clerk’s Office is responsible for motor vehicle titling, vehicle registration, marriage licensing, and voter registration and elections. The Clerk also issues notary bonds, fishing and hunting licenses, and collects delinquent taxes. The Clerk’s Office is also responsible for recording all land and legal documents.
