Marshall County is located in the state of Kansas. The county was formed in August 25, 1855 and named after Frank J. Marshall. The county seat is Marysville. As of 2013, the county has a population of 10002. The county has a total area of 905 square miles, 900 square miles of which is land, and 4.9 square miles is water. The County Clerk serves as the official secretary for the Board of County Commissioners.
