The Register of Deeds office files and records documents that pertain to real estate. Their office also files liens on personal property, referred to as Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) filings, tax liens, mechanic liens on cars & military discharges.
The Finney County Register of Deeds office offers the option of online searching.
