Register of Deeds

The Register of Deeds office files and records documents that pertain to real estate. Their office also files liens on personal property, referred to as Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) filings, tax liens, mechanic liens on cars & military discharges.

The Finney County Register of Deeds office offers the option of online searching. This gives the user access to the imaged documents in their office, starting in January of 1990 through documents filed today.
