Dickinson County Clerk Information

The County Clerk’s Office takes daily phone calls assisting people as well as those who walk in requesting information. The office also:

Register of Deeds

The Register of Deeds has custody of and safely keeps and preserves all records pertaining to all land records for Dickinson County. The Register of Deeds shall also record or cause to be recorded all deeds, mortgages, maps, instruments and writings authorized by law to be recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds and shall perform all other duties as required by law.

All records in the Office of the Register of Deeds are open records except for the Kansas Real Estate Validation Questionnaire.
