Brown County District Court

It is the policy of Brown County that all records shall be open for public inspection unless otherwise provided for by state statute. A form for record requests are readily available to be downloaded and filled up electronically, then mailed to the Clerk. Requests will be responded to within three business days of the receipt of the request. Copies will be $0.50 a page. When the request requires research, compiling, typing, and or printing records, the charge will be $10.00 per hour, with a minimum fee of $10.00.
