Spencer County is located in the U.S. state of Indiana. The county was formed in 1818 and named after Captain Spier Spencer, the hero of the Battle of Tippecanoe. The county seat is Rockport.   • Maintaining all of the records of the County courts that operate in the county
  • Filing the Record of judgments and orders
  • Preparing Judgments and Orders
  • Processing marriage applications and issuing marriage licenses

  • Collecting child support payments and maintaining the records of the Indiana Child Support Enforcement Systems
