Carroll County is located in the U.S. state of Indiana. The county was formed in 1828 and named after Charles Carroll, signer of the Declaration of Independence. The county seat is Delphi. Carroll County borders the following counties: Cass County to the northeast; Howard County to the east; Clinton County to the south; Tippecanoe County to the southwest; and White County to the northwest.
