You may obtain a certified vital record from the Clerk’s Office in the following ways: in person at the County Clerk’s office during regular business hours, or by mail using the printable application available for download in their website. A copy of your valid photo ID and proper payment are required.
Randolph County offers four options for viewing land records, three of which are remote. You may access the land records using our public terminals in the Clerk’s records room. The terminals are open to the public on regular business days from the hours of 8:00 am – 3:30 pm. Remote access is also possible with the help of Fidlar Technologies. Three options are available: Free Direct Search (provides access to land record data only, so no images will be available for printing), Tapestry (a web interface, charged per land record search), and Laredo (a downloadable software, an account-based paid subscription).
