Clark County is located in the U.S. state of Idaho. The county was formed in 1919 and named after Sam K. Clark, an early settler and a member of the Idaho Senate. The county seat is Dubois. The Clerk of Clark County serves as ex officio Auditor and Recorder and as ex officio Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners.
