It is the mission of the Union County Property Appraiser to fairly and equitably discover, list, and value all real and tangible personal property for the purpose of creating the annual ad valorem tax roll in accordance with applicable Florida Statutes.
The Property Appraiser’s Office keeps a record of all sales that occur in the county.
