Franklin County is located in the state of Florida. The county was formed in February 8, 1832 and named after Benjamin Franklin. The county seat is Apalachicola. Court Clerk Information

The Clerk of Court allows searching of official records and court records, both hosted on different websites linked in the Clerk of Courts website. Official records can be ordered online. Court records can be searched through an online database available. Four access options, the Public one allowing anonymous searching, while the other three requiring a username and password.
