The Pitkin County Clerk and Recorder is the Chief Election Official of the County. The County Clerk and Recorder is responsible for voter registration, voter information, and administering all kinds of elections in the county including primary, general, and county elections. The County Clerk and Recorder also issues marriage licenses, civil union certificates, and motor vehicle titling and registrations.
