Garland County is found in the State of Arkansas, and its seat is Hot Springs. It has an approximated population of 96,024, according to the 2010 census. The county has the first property to be protected under federal legislation in U.S history. This property is the Hot Springs National Park. Garland County covers an estimated area of 735 square miles.

The Circuit Clerk acts as the ex-officio recorder of the criminal, juvenile, domestic relations, and civil courts in Garland County. The clerk’s primary duty is the maintenance of records of court proceedings in all the divisions of the Circuit Court.
